After years of study & practice Diana began her teaching journey in 2009. Now with thousands of teaching hours to her credit, hundreds of hours of continuing education in movement, anatomy & biomechanics Diana continues to share the practice of Yoga with her students. In studios, physiotherapy clinics, private clubs, with corporate groups and private clients, Diana takes all her experience and teaches classes that are accessible to every body.
Giving her students the skills to understand the human body in movement & empowering them to heal themselves with this knowledge is her greatest joy.
As a certified Reflexology Therapist & Healthy Foot Practitioner Diana is happy to offer her fun, informative and interactive Happy Feet, Healthy Body Workshop to groups both small and large!
Her love of healthy living doesn't stop there; as a Certified Pilates Instructor Diana loves to incorporate creative & fun sequencing into her group classes!
She welcomes the opportunity to share her passion for healthy living with private clients & corporate groups.
