About Diana....Diana is a Movement Coach, experienced in teaching Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Osteofit and BoneFitness classes in downtown Toronto & on-line.
She has spent over a decade taking countless teacher training's, continuing educations courses in biomechanics, foot health, anatomy, teaching skills , cancer care, bone health (BoneFit ™ Trained), strength training, breathing techniques, meditation, pre & post natal fitness and so much more. Her thirst for knowledge is driven by her desire to serve the diverse population of students that work with her. With experience in physiotherapy settings and working with clients of all ages and abilities, she takes great pride in teaching to the students in front of her. Diana is passionate about bone health. She is a volunteer educator with Osteoporosis Canada and teaches specialty classes geared to those diagnosed with Osteoporosis. BoneFitness Monday's @2pm ESTInformed by the Osteoporosis Canada BoneFit™ program, BoneFitness classes on Zoom are 40 minutes in length and aim to provide safe, effective, and evidence based exercise. Osteoporotic fractures are a serious health concern - keeping your bone health at the forefront of each class, we will learn to move well, improve balance, gain strength and have fun! Each class is a blend of Pilates, Bodyweight exercises, yoga and good old fashioned fitness.

Osteoporosis Guided Movement These specialized sessions meet the standards as taught by Osteoporosis Canada and the Ontario Osteoporosis Strategy. All exercises, whether yoga, Pilates, Barre or Bodyweight Exercises are safely adapted exercise prescriptions to meet the needs of clients with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia.
